Perényi Imre nádor előtt Pesthenye-i Weres Ferenc Pesthenye-i Saffar Tamás és Pesthenye-i Gáspár fia: Gergely az ő Körös megyei Pesthenye pessessiobeli promonhtoriumán fekvő szőleiből az oklevélben név szerint felsorolt jobbágyainak minden akó bort és minden egyéb, a borból származó jövedelmét három és fél forintért elzálogosította Saffar Tamásnak és Pesthenye-i Gergelynek, az oklevélben részletezett feltételek szerint.
