A csázmai káptalan előtt Tharnowcza-i Bekoych István fia Benedek mester a maga és Belycz-i Chwz Péter fiai: János és Lénárt nevében tiltakozott a káptalan előtt az ellen, hogy a Zala megyei, a Drawamurakezy districtusban Chakthorna castrum mellett fekvő Belycz possessiójukat, mely őket omnibus iustis titulis megilleti, a királytól a Szent Száva hercege: Zandal István fia Wladizo princeps a már felkért Chakthorna várához adományban kérje, egyben őt ettől eltiltja és a királyt is az adományozástól.
