Kapornaki konvent bizonyítja, hogy I. Mátyás király 1465 február 11.-i parancsára a Zala megyei Balycz possessió és a benne levő királyi jog birtokába királyi új adomány címén – a név szerint felsorolt szomszédok jelenlétében – Benedek mestert, Simont és Györgyöt és név szerint felsorolt társaikat ellentmondás nélkül bevezették.
