A kapornaki konvent bizonyítja, hogy Garai Miklós nádor bírói ítélete végrehajtásaképpen Barrabashyda, más néven Eghazaspakod s Boghk possessiókat (Zala m.) a kiadványban foglalt módon ketté osztották és azoknak birtokába a Molnar-i és Huzywtoth-i név szerint felsorolt nemeseket beiktatták.
