Azt a három márka bírságot, melyben a megye Marcellus unokáját Marcellust Dereskei Monkus comessel szemben elmarasztalta, fogott bírák közbenjárására neki a megye elengedte, fennmaradván azonban továbbra is a bírságból a Monkust illető rész.
