Nativ. Joh. Bapt. Az aradi káptalan jelenti, hogy előtte Pósa mester krassói comes nevében tiltakoztak az ellen, hogy bár Pósa mester ügyvédje terminust kért Arad megyétől az ura részére kiszabott bírság megfizetésére, terminust a megye nem adott és bár tiltakozott a bírság erőszakos behajtása ellen, a megye ennek ellenére Pósa mester Zewdi possessióját hatalmaskodva elpusztította.
