A kapornaki konvent jelenti I. Mátyás királynak, hogy amikor Mátyás király 1465 junius 21.-i parancsára Thomay, Nemethfalw, Pobor, Gardon, Tybanyahaza s Vdwarnok possessiókban Chak Benedek részeit rekaptiválni és neki statuálni akarták, annak a jelentésben felsorolt személyek ellentmondottak, amiért őket a királyi ember Chak Benedek ellenében Jakab apostol nyolcadára a királyi perszonális prézencia elé perbe idézte.
