A Jazow-i konvent tanúsítja, hogy Alsomalethy-i Byelopothoczky László a maga, valamint atyja Bendek, a testvérei: Miklós, Flórián és Jakab nevében tiltakozott amiatt, hogy ”Andreas filius Emerici ac domina Scholastica consors, necnon. Andreas et Benedictus filii eiusdem Andres de Keeresthwth(!) prececessores Nicolai, Belcz de Ysipfalw” elfoglalták az ő Alsomalethy-i birtokrészüket s egyúttal el is tiltotta őket a birtokrész elfoglalásától és használatától.
