Comorow-i Péter liptói /Lypthouiensis/ ispán és a szolgabírák bizonyítják; hogy Ffyeczehaza-i Fyeczka /dictus/ Pál és Maletin-i Dempka /dictus/ Gergely ”sigila nostra presentantes” jelentették, hogy Ffegerpatak-i Péter fiai: János és Mátyás, valamint Lybele-i Philpes /dicti/ Péter meghagyására eltiltották Ffegerpatak-i Pétert attól, hogy elidegenítse néhai Anda László Andahaza-i birtokrészét, amely örökség jogán őket illeti, Rozomberg-i Cinicz Gergelynek; Gergelyt pedig eltiltották attól, hogy a birtokrészt megszerezze.
