Wyssegrad. sabbato ante Demetrii. Wythus nyitrai püspök, kápolnaispán és titkos kancellár bizonyítja, hogy előtte kötelezték magukat Ormand-i István fia: Kozma és testvérei: István, András és Miklós, hogy Tehteus és Herend nevű birtokaikra vonatkozó okleveleiket, mely birtokot eladtak Theteus királyi ajtónálló mesternek, ellenben őt a birtoklásban megtámadták, Pál országbíró előtt fel fogják mutatni.
