Lajos király bizonyítja, hogy néhai Tese fia: András, királyi ajtónálló mester, a Fehér megyei Zaar nevű birtokát ”cum quadam terra sessionali Venye vocata”, melyben Szent Mihály tiszteletére egyház áll, 1000 forint örök áron eladta Thuteus királyi ajtónálló mesternek és testvérének: Wezeus zólyomi ispánnak.
