Perényi Imre nádor előtt Czobor Imre és testvére Márton ily egyezségre léptek: a Nyitra megyei Holich vára és az ugyanott fekvő Zthrasa várkastély a budai szőlővel Imrének jut, a czoborzenthmihályi várkastély Mártonnak jut lakásul, aki zálogképp még megkapja a Baranya megyei Orew-t, a Pozsony megyei Éleskő-t, az atyai örökséget: Manygát és Bogdanooczot Nyitra megyében és a nagyszombati házat a szőlőkkel.
