Miklós nádor bizonyítja, hogy a Bars megye közgyűlésén jelenlevő megyei hatóság és nemesek esküvel bizonyították, hogy a megyebeli Selyz és Mortund Selyz-i János fia: Jakab öröklött birtoka.
