Az aradi káptalan előtt Losonch-i Zsigmond felmutatta II.Ulászló király (1499) okt.6-i, Budán kelt ítéletét, mely őt 25-öd magával teendő tisztító esküre ítélte ....f.Pasce és a leleszi konvent előtt kötött megegyezést, mely szerint az eskütételt a felek megegyezése szerint – 1500 jan.20-ra (15.die f.Epiphaniarum) halasztották. – Ekkor Losonczi az esküt le is tette. – Papír – Hátlapján p.ny. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta ARADI KÁPTALAN
