Lajos király bizonyítja, hogy a szekszárdi apátság a Baranya megyei Bata helységben fekvő Beseneu nevű birtokát – az oklevélben leírt feltételek és határok mellett – 40 évre bérbe adta – évi két márka haszonbérért – Tuteus királyi ajtónálló mesternek.
