Mátyás király kötelezi magát, hogy Lak-i Thuz Jánosnak, aki Medwe, Rakonek és Lukawecz várait 12.000 foriintbfan zálogba vette tőle, de most vissza adta, a 12.000 forintot 5 év alatt megfizeti és ha nem tenné, 5 év múlva újra kezére adja és addig tarthatja magánál, míg ő vagy utódai ki nem elégítik.
