A kői káptalan előtt Welykei László fia Miklós leánya, Katalin, Zempchei János felesége, megbizottja utján bejelentette, hogy mivel Welyke vára fele, Pethnywa-vára egyharmada és a hozzájuktartozó pozsegamegyei birtokok /elsorolva/ fele Kysvardai Miklós fiait: Miklóst, Simont stb. illeti öröklött jogon, ő hajlandó a kezén lévő birtokokat és a rájuk vonatkozó iratokat nekik visszaadni.
