vicosima sexta die mensis Junii. Ethei Ferenc ketheli plébános, viariusi megbizott, miután teljes egészében közli Tamás esztergomi vicariusnak 1470. máj. 9-én kelt megbízói oklevelét, ítéletet hoz az Ogyayak és Zerhasiak közt folyó perben: a felperesek kiközösítésére vonatkozó ellenvetés nem volt helytálló, így Pulkai János pozsonyi vicarius felmentő ítélete sem, azért azt megsemmisíti és a Zerhasiakat marasztalja el a költségekben.
