A váradi káptalan jelenti Mátyás királynak, hogy Pálóczi László országbíró ítéletlevele alapján kiküldte testimoniumát annak a kivizsgálására, hogy Losonczy István fiai: György, András, János és Mihály valóban elhurcoltak-e embereket Béltheky Drágfy Miklós és Bertalan nevü fia biharmegyei /névszerint elsorolt/ birtokairól és hogy communis inquisitiot tartson, békésen birtokolták-e a Drágfyak fent elsorolt birtokaikat.
