A leleszi konvent jelenti V. László királynak, hogy a Chycher-i Ormos Péter fia Mihály királyi ember Ung megyében vizsgálatot tartva a mandatumban foglalt panaszt jogosnak találta, így megidézte Buthka-i Márton fia Andrást és társait Dobroka birtokon, Raska-i Vid fia László fia Jánost Raska birtokon Zerethwa-i Jakab fia Mayws és társai ellen Szent György nyolcadára a királyi jelnlét elé. Papír. A hajtások mentén kissé szakadt, lyukas. Hátoldalon rányomott pecsét csekély töredéke. LELESZI KONVENT
