IV. a. Ramispalmarum. A leleszi konvent tanúsítja, hogy Polhus Tamás királyi ember a konvent bizonysága mellett Nogmyhal-i András fiait: Istvánt és Imrét Nogmyhal faluban visszahelyezte annak a két teleknek a birtokába, amelyet Nogmyhal-i László fiai: Jakab és Miklós foglaltak el tőlük, ez utóbbiakat pedig megidézte a királyi jelenlét elé nagybőjt nyolcadának 15. napjára.
