Váradhegyfoki konvent. Malcha-i Pál bán fia István a váradhegyfoki konvent előtt a vele együtt megjelenő Fábián és János fiainak adományozza valamennyi Zemplén, Szabolcs és Szatmár megyei birtokát. (A szövegben a dátum 1342. előtt, bizonyára elírás.) Kivonatosan átírva Pál országbíró 1342. október 21-i oklevelében.
