8. d. diei exhibicionis. A leleszi konvent jelenti II. Lajos királynak, hogy Bwthka-i Mihályt és fiát, Andrást és KekeMezeye-i Kwkoczy Balázst Mihály Zemplén megyei Bwthka-i házában, Kamonya-i Mátét pedig távollétében Kamonya-i házánál intette meg – bemutatva Ujlaki Lőrinc országbíró 1522. január 20-án kelt parancsát – a bemutatástól számított 25. napon a király előtt való megjelenésre.
