2. d. termini prenotati. A leleszi konvent tanúsítja, hogy Bwthka-i Mihály, Zokol-i Péter, Pazon-i Cheres Mihály, Berey János, Mada-i Soklay Ferenc Perényi Imre nádor Budán, 1517. szept. 1-én kibocsátott ítéletlevele értelmében november 27-én Warda-i Ferenc erdélyi püspök és Mihály Warda-i plébános ellen 15-ödmagukkal (mindegyik harmadmagával) esküt kellett volna tegyenek, hogy a püspök és plébános keresetében ártatlanok, de az eskü letételét elmulasztották.
