IV. inter octavas Ascons. D. A leleszi konvent előtt Harnad Nemethy Miklós és Henzelewcz-i István megállapodnak abban, hogy Harnad Nemethy Miklós a Zemplén megyei Zenthes birtokon szerzett 3 jobbágytelkét (egyen Byro Mihály lakik, 2 puszta) elcseréli Henzelewcz-i István Abaújvár megyei Bewlse birtokon levő részére, ezenfelül István – a Miklóstól kapott birtokrész nagyobb haszna miatt – Miklósnak még 200 magyar arany forintot is lefizet.
