4. d. diei inquisicionis. A leleszi konvent jelenti Perényi Imre nádornak, hogy a Kamonya-i Gergely királyi ember által Bachya-i Márton pap bizonysága mellett Zemplén megyében tartott vizsgálat szerint az 1509. október 16-i parancslevelében foglaltak megfelelnek a valósgának, így Bwthka-i Mihályt megidézték elébe Bwthka-i László ellen az idézéstől számított 32. napra.
