Budai káptalan előtt Bwthka-i Kezeg Mihály a Zemplén megyei Bwthka birtokon /3/ épülettel sem biró puszta telket adományoz örökös joggal Bwthka-i Andrásnak viszonzásképp a Mihály nemesi kuriájával átellenben, a Dwsa folyó másik oldalán fekvő 3 ugyancsak épülettel sem biró puszta telekért, amelyeket néhai Bwthka-i Zsigmond birtokolt Bwthka-i András hozzájárulásával és amelyeket Bwthka-i András Mihálynak adott. Papír. Szakadozott, foltos. Hátoldalon rányomott pecsét töredéke. BUDAI KÁPTALAN
