A leleszi konvent jelenti Mátyás királynak, hogy Possa-i Orbán királyi ember a Zemplén megyében Báthori István országbíró 1482 október 8.-án kelt parancsa szerint elvégzett vizsgálat alapján Zyner birtokon megidézte Czeke-i Jánost Buthka-i András és fiai ellen Vízkereszt nyolcadára a királyi jelenlét elé. – Papír, a hajtások mentén kissé szakadt – Hátoldalon rányomott zárópecsét nyoma – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) LELESZI KONVENT
