A leleszi konvent Wyfalws-i Wilhelm János fia Mihály a leleszi konvent előtt kijelenti, hogy mivel Bwthka-i Andrással szemben hatalmaskodásban marasztalták el, feje megváltására a Szabolcs megyei Keleznew-i birtokait a tiszai vámmal együtt 40 magyar arany forintért elzálogosította az említett Bwthka-i Andrásnak. – Hátoldalon rányomott pecsét töredéke. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) LELESZI KONVENT
