A leleszi konvent jelenti Mátyás királynak, hogy Kamonya-i Pál királyi ember a konvent bizonysága mellett Zemplén megyében vizsgálatot tartott, majd Cheb-i Jánost és fiát: Miklóst, valamint Cheb-i Lőrincet Cheb birtokon megidézte Bwthka-i András ellen a királyi jelenlét elé Szent György ünnepének nyolcadára. – A hajtások mentén szakadt – Hátoldalon rányomott pecsét nyoma.
