Penthecostes.A váradhegyfoki konvent előtt Pál bán fia István mester fiaival, Fábiánnal, Miklóssal és Jánossal, Pál bán fia Miklós fia Pál mester és Pál bán fia Vid fia Lóránd mester kijelentik, hogy birtokaikban egymás között osztályt tettek oly módon, hogy Malcha birtokot meghagyták a korábbi osztály szerint, Külső-(exterior) és Belső-(interior) Vosyan és Berwe birtokot 3 részre osztották az oklevélben részletezett módon. Átírva Pálóczi László országbíró 1469. március 5-én kelt oklevelében. Berwe felosztása a Hayowcha mentén, ugyanott egyház említése. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi) VÁRADHEGYFOKI KONVENT
