A leleszi konvent jelenti Mátyás királynak, hogy Saralyan-i Dénes királyi ember Szatmár megyében vizsgálatot tartott, majd figyelmeztette Namen-i Pochay Antalt a Szatmár megyei Wassan-i zálogbirtok visszabocsátására, s mivel vonakodott megtenni, megidézte Buthka-i András ellen Szt. György nyolcadára a királyi jelenlét elé. Papír. A hajtások mentén kissé szakadt. Hátoldalon rányomott pecsét töredéke. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bándi). LELESZI KONVENT
