A leleszi konvent jelenti Mátyás királynak, hogy Kamonya-i Pál királyi ember Pálóczi László országbíró 1465. március 15-én kelt parancsa értelmében Zemplén megyében vizsgálatot tartott, majd megidézte Homonna-i Istvánt és Lezthemer-i Lászlót Bwthka-i András ellen Szent György ünnepének nyolcadára a királyi jelenlét elé. Papír. A hajtások mentén szakadt. Hátoldalon kissé sérült rányomott pecsét. LELESZI KONVENT
