Strigony. vicesina die Michaelis. Miklós, esztergomi vikárius az egri egyházmegyei Brezouicze-i Henrik, felperes és Somos-i Jakab, majd ennek halála után Elek fia: György, alperes között folyó végrendeleti pert, mely az egri vikárius székén folyt, azonban fellebbezéssel az esztergomi metropolita szék elé került, vízkereszt ünnepének huszadik napjára elhalasztja. Eredeti, papír, szöveg alatt zöld viaszú rányomott pecsét helye, mellette modern egyszerű másolat.
