Az egri káptalan jelenti,hogy Zenthdomonkos-i Dosa János nemes adós Ambrus egri lektor kanonoknak 22 arany forinttal, aki ezt az összeget édestestvérének: Mihalfalwa-i Forgon Péternek deputálta; az adós kötelezte magát, hogy az összeget Forgon Péternek Szent Márton napjáig /nov. 11./ megfizeti, illetve ellenkező esetre feljogosítja Forgont, hogy a Heves megyei Zenthdomonkos possessióban levő nemesi kuriáját az adósság fejében elfoglalhassa. – Hátlapján rány. p. maradv. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
