A budai káptalan I.Mátyás királynak. I.Mátyás 1471. jún.25-i parancs alapján a káptalan be akarván iktatni Chernel Imre egykori Somogy, Zala és más megyebeli birtokaiba az iktatóparancsban megnevezetteket, a statutionak ZenthJacab-on, ahova a királyi és káptalani emberek kiszálltak, Chernel Péter, István, Imre és Bertalan a név szerint felsorolt hozzátartozóik ellentmondottak. Az ellentmondókat a personalis presentia elé idézték. – Foltos, több helyen kiszakadt, hiányos. – Zárópecsét nyoma. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Komjáthy) BUDAI KÁPTALAN
