A kapornaki konvent előtt Sythke-i Gotthárdfi János és három fia nevében Harazthy-i Thaplan Jánost s feleségét: Katalin asszonyt a Zala megyei Bessenyew, Naghfalw, Zenthlewryncz, Lyzko, Warfewlde, Bwcha s ZenthMyhal possessiókban levő részeik elidegenítésétől, Monyorokereki Elderbo-t, Plyaki Lászlót s ennek fiát Jánost pedig azok megszerzésétől és használatától eltiltották.
