János fia Antal és a Kerezthwr-i család többi név szerint felsorolt tagjai és Torda megyei Zengel és Zakal possessiókban levő részeik elfoglalásától, hasznaik szedésétől és a birtokbavezetéstől Kend-i János leányát: Dorottya asszonyt – Zenthywan-i Péter feleségét, továbbá Ilonát: Gewrgfalwa-i Imre leányát – Badok-i János feleségét s Katalint: a nevezett Kend-i János özvegyét eltiltották.
