Hunyadi János kormányzó Fornas-i Weres Dénesnek. Minthogy megbízásából Thamasfalwa-i Wytez György fia András Moldvába indul és távolléte idejére összes javait a címzett védelmére és gondviselésére bízta, meghagyja a címzettnek a kormányzó, hogy a javakat mindenkivel szemben oltalmazza meg. – Szöveg alatt piros viaszú rányomott pecsét maradványa.
