Bodó Gergely és Vízaknai Miklós erdélyi alvajdák közlik a kolozsmonostori konventtel Keresthwr-i Antal és György panaszát,amely szerint a panaszosok testvéreinek: Kerezthwr-i László és Péter megölésének az ügyében Obuda-i István két embere: Chere Albert és Zbuo (Buo?) Péter proskribálva voltak, mégis őket e nevezett Obuda-i István magánál sok napon keresztül rejtegette a panaszosok nagy kárára; egyben kéri, hogy a panasz tárgyában a vajdai ember által leendő tanuvallatáshoz küldje ki hites emberét.
