Torda. Dominica p. Exalt S. Crucis. János erdélyi alvajda közli a kolozsmonostori konventtel, Bethlem-i Jakab unokája Gergely panaszát, amely szerint Bálványos vár alvárnagya Mihály a panaszos Közép-Szolnok megyei Beud nevű possessiójának erdőit, valamint Beud és Malun possessiókhoz tartozó szántókat foglalt el hatalmaskodva, ez utóbbiakat bevettette és a termést Vice-i officiálisaival és népeivel elszállíttatta, végül réteket kaszáltatott le; elrendeli egyben a panasz tárgyában a tanúvallatást.
