Pethk-i János fia Antal a maga valamint név szerint felsorolt gyermekei és ”patruelis”-ei nevében részben sok segítségéért, részben a tőle kölcsönvett 100 arany forintért Penfflinger Márk szebeni királybírónak adományozza és adja el örök áron összes részeiket az erdélyi Fehér megyei két Bolya, Saldorff, Salko, Ingodal, Hydegwyz, Myhalffalwa, Isthyno és Wezzewd possessiókban.
