A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Szentgyörgyi és Bazini Péter erdélyi vajda 1499 máj.12-i parancsára Miklós nemes Gyerghfalwa és Patha possessiókban lévő részei birtokában – a név szerint felsorolt szomszédok jelenlétében – Zenthanna-i Polyak Albertet, feleségét: Zsófia asszonyt és fiát: Gáspárt adásvétel címén ellenmondás nélkül bevezették. – Hártya – F.p.zsinórja – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
