A szepesi (de Scepus) káptalan előtt Korythnyk-i Mihály fia Péter ispán előadja, hogy amikor ő a neki Bertalan fia János által adott, a Malchow birtok területén belül fekvő földet birtokba vette, Thorkew-i Rykolphus és fiai hozzájárulását az adományhoz és a birtok vételhez nem kérte Datum feria tertia proxima ante festum Omnium Sanctorum anno Domini M-mo CCC-mo XLmo sexto.
