Mátyás király /Hungarie, Dalmatie, Croatie etc/ meghagyja Kassa, Lőcse /Cassouiensiis, Lewcheuiensis/ Eperyes és Barthffa városok előljáróságának, hogy a vele együtt hadban lévő Tharcza-i Tamást javaiban ne háborgassák és birtokaiban ne merjék megkárosítani.
