A turóci konvent előtt Benedek fia Nagyrakoveci (de maiori Rakowecz) Rawas (dictus) Miklós nagyrakoveci (in dicto minori Rakowecz) udvarházának vagy telkének a negyedét a Staraluka nevű réttel és összes tartozékaival Blatnicza-i Kosse (dictus) Tamásnak adja, aki egyedüli segítője volt, mikor az ország eretnekei, rablói, pusztítói elől Baltnicze várba húzódott vissza élete és vagyona megőrzése végett. – Zöld-lila zsinóron függő pecsét.
