in oppido Sempthe. III. p. Andree. Bátori István nádor megparancsolja a nyitrai káptalannak, hogy kézbesítse idézőlevelét Chwz-i Menyhértnek, aki Jablonycz-i Cheh János panasza szerint Apon-i Ferenc jobbágyának, Palo Balázsnak az akoljára tört és onnan elhajtotta a panaszos 300 birkáját, amelyet a panaszos Palo Balázsra bízott és annak a Nyitra megyei Weche-n lévő aklában neveltetett.
