Innocent. Mart. A nyitrai káptalan előtt Apon-i Ferenc visszaadja Apon-i Miklós fia Mátyásnak és anyjának, Katalinnak a Nyitra megyei Vechche-n, Kysthormocz-on és Bankezy-n lévő birtokokat, amelyeket Mátyás Thezer-i Miklóssal szemben folytatott perében elvesztett, s amelyeket Thezer-i Miklós kétszáz forintért zálogba adott Apon-i Ferencnek; a visszaadott birtokok ugyancsak 200 forintért kerültek Mátyás kezére.
