A sági konvent tanusítja, hogy I.Mátyás király parancsára kiküldte hiteles emberét, Tamás papot, aki Chyclafalwa-i Precop királyi emberrel beiktatták Mykefalwa-i Zolomy Lászlót a Zólyom megyei Molcza birtok felébe a szomszédok: Lukowa-i László és Márton, valamint Chyclafalwa-i Jakab jelenlétében. – Fehér-zöld zsinóron függő pecsét. – Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Érszegi).
