A turóci konvent előtt Nadrakowcz-i és Sutowcz-i Tamás fia Antal magára véve osztályos atyafia: Nadrakowcz-i Benedek fia Miklós és fia: Ondruss terhét, tanusitja, hogy lányainak: Anasztáziának és Luciának, akik nem nemes és birtokos emberekhez mentek férjül, Anastasia a Tótfalui /de villa Slaworum/ Lelyewicz Péterhez, Lucia pedig Zabor-i Sefaiz Miklóshoz, birtokban adta ki a leánynegyedet a Turóc megyei Nadrakowcz és a Trencsén megyei Sutowcz birtokokból. Hártya. Zöld zsinóron függőpecsét. TURÓCI KONVENT
